AI Strategy & Management Assessment

We guide organisations in the transition from AI as experimentation to AI as a management system.

We guide organisations in the transition from AI as experimentation to AI as a management system. The starting point is a structured assessment designed to capture maturity, risks, opportunities, and prerequisites; the goal is to translate this diagnosis into executive decisions (priorities, accountability, investments) and into a sustainable operating model.

We support companies, industrial groups, and organisations in framing artificial intelligence as an economic and managerial transformation, even before it becomes a technological project. The aim is to make AI “decidable”: to clarify where it creates value, where it introduces risk, which capabilities it requires, and how it reshapes the mechanisms of competition, productivity, and go-to-market.

We work alongside boards and top management to define value-oriented AI strategies, identify priorities, and build roadmaps that integrate governance, organisation, processes, and change management. Our work includes assessing the impact on operating models, value chains, business functions, and competitive positioning, with particular focus on regulated environments and contexts with high reputational exposure.

We also operate on industrialisation: from setting measurable business cases and KPIs, to designing operating models (roles, responsibilities, and interfaces between legal, technology, and business), through to executive adoption programmes that enable fast, traceable decisions aligned with strategy.

Finally, we support companies and investors in reading the scenarios and trajectories of the AI Economy: portfolio strategy, innovation, venture and partnerships, with a logic aimed at building sustainable competitive advantage.

We do not develop technology solutions: we help management decide what to do, in what order, with which governance, and with which value metrics.
