We represented the shareholders in the sale to Mediterra Datacenters, a company backed by an infrastructure fund managed by DWS, of Cloud Europe’s entire data centre and connectivity services platform.

The transaction also included the real estate asset located in the Tiburtine Technopole in Rome, together with the related technological equipment and infrastructure facilities, as well as the negotiation and finalisation of the transaction documentation.
