We represented Engie Global Markets in the drafting and negotiation of a long-term virtual power purchase agreement (vPPA) with Apple Operations International relating to the output of new renewable energy plants located in Southern Italy, with an aggregate capacity of 173 MW and an expected annual generation of approximately 400 GWh.
