Rebecca Pupella is a qualified lawyer, admitted to the Italian bar in July 2025. She graduated with honors in Law from the University of Turin, with a thesis on personal data protection in the Internet of Things, as part of a specialization track in Law & Technology.
During her studies, she participated in international academic competitions in commercial arbitration and data protection.
She gained experience in the Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance departments of leading Italian and international law firms, working on commercial contracts and supporting financing and M&A transactions.
She also provided advisory services at the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (eu-LISA), assisting the legal team on matters related to large-scale IT systems, cybersecurity, data protection, access to documents, and governance.
She currently collaborates with Pollicino AIdvisory Law Firm, focusing on AI governance and cybersecurity.
