Independent analyst and researcher in the field of emerging technologies such as AI, Big Data, and the evolution of the Internet data network.

He has a technical background in Computer Science and Telecommunications, Legal Informatics, and Political, Economic, and Social Sciences. He served as Security Director in the legal department of IBM Italy, where he gained experience in legal informatics, the organization of corporate protection and security activities, as well as compliance with national and international regulations in the ICT sector.

Previously, he was a Senior ICT Consultant for solutions based on Internet network technologies, specializing in project management for design and implementation. He worked at the IBM USA Laboratory in Rochester (MN), the Internet Competence Center in Atlanta (GA), and the IBM Software Laboratory in Rome.

At the beginning of his career, he worked in the banking client sector as an expert in software operating systems.

He has been a member of the Scientific Technical Committee of the Master’s Program in Applied Social Sciences – Criminology and Security Technologies at the Catholic University of Milan, as well as Advisor and Vice President of Assolombarda for the Milan EST area.
