We have focused training activities on the development of transversal skills in the corporate environment, also considering the new interactions with AI contributions. We have developed initiatives for empowerment and managerial leadership support to strengthen team leadership and management capabilities, and enhanced problem setting and problem-solving in professional relationships.

Finally, we have worked on the creation of speeches and presentations, designing the script with AI tools and developing and delivering customized programs.
