We have supported managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs in internal organizational development and growth through targeted interventions for individuals, frontline managers, teams, and sales networks. The support lasted for the time required to fully develop the process, based on identified objectives and needs.

Support for leadership and stakeholders in interpreting the main regulatory and market trajectories on AI (risk-based approach, accountability, organizational impacts), translating emerging principles and obligations into governance choices and operational priorities. The work includes the definition of corporate postures, adoption criteria, and accountability frameworks across the value chain (build/buy/partner).

Development of analyses and narratives for top management on technological dependencies, digital supply chains, cloud, and platform models, with a focus on economic and competitive impacts. Contribution to public and institutional positioning initiatives (thought leadership, policy briefs, interventions) aimed at making trade-offs between innovation, risk, and operational continuity ‘decidable’.

Design of policies and guardrails for the adoption of AI/GenAI tools in corporate contexts, with attention to data quality, protection of informational assets, traceability of decisions, and reputational consistency. Establishment of minimum evidence criteria (logs, documentation, verifications) to ensure AI usage is defensible and governable over time.

We provided strategic advisory services to companies and industrial groups on the design and adoption of Cognitive Governance and AI Strategy models, with the aim of structurally governing the impact of artificial intelligence on decision-making processes and corporate governance systems. The work included the assessment of existing organizational models, the mapping of critical decision-making processes, and the definition of frameworks integrating AI, managerial responsibility, and board- and top-management accountability. 

We supported entrepreneurial organizations and multinational corporate groups in developing policies and guidelines for the managerial use of artificial intelligence, with particular attention to decision delegation risks, decision-making quality, and the traceability of strategic decisions.
This work contributed to ensuring alignment between corporate strategy, internal governance frameworks, and the responsible use of AI technologies. 

The collaboration consisted of delivering training activities and enhancing the knowledge and skills of association members, as well as supporting the development of strategies for the design and implementation of campaigns on business and human rights. 

We provided strategic advisory services to a company operating in the coffee supply chain for the development of a policy aimed at preventing and addressing child labour. The work involved drafting the internal code of conduct and mapping the company’s commercial relationships throughout its supply chain. 

We are invited members of the UNESCO Consultation Committee on AI Guidelines for Courts and have served as stakeholders in the European Data Protection Board’s working group on AI models.

We have provided written evidence to the European Commission on the implementation of the Digital Services Act and to the UK Parliament on key issues including AI regulation, the future of data protection, retained EU law, and human rights protection.

We were also invited to present oral evidence before distinguished members of the House of Lords and the House of Commons on the Bill of Rights Bill 2022 and the Retained EU Law Bill 2023.

We assisted an important public institution in drafting an internal regulation for the processing of personal data, identifying the different governance bodies responsible for processing. By determining the tasks of the different structures involved in the processing of data, the policy document helped the organization to streamline its processing operations and make its staff accountable, particularly with regard to processing activities that cut across several internal components.

We have actively contributed to global cybersecurity policy development as participants in the UN OEWG on Cyber and ICTs, shaping discussions on:

· AI and Quantum threats to national security

· Cross-border governance of emerging technologies

· Space security and digital infrastructure resilience

We provided strategic advisory services to tech companies and private sector operators to navigate the complex European regulatory landscape. Our work included analysing emerging regulations and supporting the development of compliance strategies concerning online platforms, freedom of expression, and data protection.

We actively participated in the negotiation and drafting of the Strengthened Code of Practices on Disinformation, working alongside European institutions, digital platforms, and civil society organisations. Our contribution focused on moderating the different positions and support to the designing of effective measures to counter the spread of false information while ensuring respect for freedom of expression and the involvement of all relevant stakeholders.

We organised and facilitated events and roundtables that brought together representatives from European and national institutions, tech companies, and civil society organisations.

These meetings fostered dialogue on the challenges and opportunities of regulating artificial intelligence and digital technologies, promoting constructive discussions among key stakeholders.

We collaborated with civil society organisations to analyse and contribute to the drafting of the Code of Practices on Generative Artificial Intelligence.

Our support included developing strategies for civil society organisation to effectively contribute to the process of policy-making based on the policy-making process and legal expertise on AI regulation

We defined and implemented operational and organizational procedures and models for the protection of business activities, in compliance with the regulatory framework of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the main European regulations, including the Data Act, the Digital Services Act, the AI Act, and cybersecurity regulations, with particular attention to the requirements set out by the Prime Ministerial Decree of July 22, 2011.

We oversaw the development of company procedures for internal audit activities, in relation to the obligations arising from various regulatory sources. We produced the necessary guidelines and models for analysis, training, and the generation of digital evidence (digital forensics) to support the company’s legal practices.
