We represented Qualitas Energy in the negotiation with Salesforce of a 15-year virtual power purchase agreement (vPPA) in the context of a green loan project finance transaction relating to a portfolio of photovoltaic plants with an aggregate capacity of approximately 50 MW, located in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Lazio, Piedmont and Sicily, the majority of which are already operational.
