We represented Marguerite, a pan-European infrastructure fund, in its investment in the Italian B2B telecommunications operator FibreConnect through the acquisition of a 45% stake in FibreConnect Italian Holding, a vehicle held by Infrastrutture per la Crescita – ESG (IPC) and managed by Azimut Libera Impresa.

Following the investment, Marguerite indirectly holds approximately 45% of FibreConnect, while Azimut retains approximately 55%.
