He has 25 years of experience as a lawyer specializing in media law and digital technologies. He is President of DICOPO (Digital Constitutionalism and Policy) and a Board Member of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights, with a specific focus on Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment (FRIA). He served as an Honest Broker in drafting the Strengthened Code of Practice on Disinformation.
He is actively involved in the drafting of the first General Purpose AI Code of Practice and is an Academic Member of the Plenary Assembly. He has authored numerous international publications on the protection of fundamental rights, AI, and digital constitutionalism.
