He has published a monograph with Cambridge University Press (CUP) titled “Digital Constitutionalism in Europe: Reframing Rights and Powers in the Algorithmic Society”, addressing key issues in the regulation of algorithmic society.
Giovanni has also received prestigious academic awards, including: The ICON 2022 Award for the best article published in the International Journal of Constitutional Law; The Common Market Law Review Award for the best research article in 2021; The Euroconsumer “My Data is Mine” Award for the best article in 2021.
