Elia Gelati is a professional with a degree in International Relations, specializing in ICT policies, cybersecurity, and risk analysis related to digital security.

He actively collaborates with the National Interuniversity Consortium for Informatics (CINI), contributing to projects aimed at strengthening cyber readiness and promoting regulatory compliance in SMEs. He has gained experience in implementing regulations such as NIS 2 and DORA, working alongside leading Italian companies in the sector.

He has also participated in the activities of the EDIH Thematic Working Group CYBER, promoted by ENISA, contributing to the sharing of strategies at the European level to strengthen resilience and digital compliance.

He conducts research on threat actors and the impact of artificial intelligence in the contexts of security and international conflict.
