We support public authorities, professionals, and businesses throughout the entire lifecycle of artificial intelligence adoption
We support public administrations and private companies in the selection, implementation, and regulatory compliance of artificial intelligence systems. Our work covers the classification of AI systems according to the risk levels set out in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), fundamental rights impact assessments (FRIA), the drafting of internal policies and usage regulations, the definition of roles and responsibilities within the AI supply chain, and the verification of cloud qualification requirements for services intended for public administrations. Our objective is to design adoption models that are both operational and compliant, avoiding both inertia and uncontrolled deployment.
We act as Data Protection Officers for provinces, municipalities, and professional associations, addressing every aspect of compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): records of processing activities, data protection impact assessments (DPIA), data breach management, relations with data processors, training of authorised personnel, and implementation of appropriate security measures. Our direct experience within the public sector enables us to manage the specificities of data processing in the public domain, including its intersections with administrative transparency, access to public information, and the digitalisation of services. These competencies are essential in the adoption of AI systems, where data protection and technological innovation must advance in parallel.
We specialise in legal prompting: the design of structured instructions for generative AI systems applied to legal and administrative contexts. We have developed methodologies and operational frameworks for AI-assisted drafting of legal acts, opinions, administrative documents, and professional content, ensuring output quality control, source verifiability, and compliance with professional ethical standards. We train professionals to use AI as a tool to enhance their expertise, never as a substitute for professional judgment.
We design and deliver tailored training programmes for public bodies, professional associations, law firms, and companies, covering the full spectrum of AI adoption: from integrated regulatory compliance (AI Act and GDPR) to advanced prompting, from internal governance to the development of operational use cases. Our approach is immediately applicable, based on real-world scenarios and the development of skills for autonomous and responsible adoption.
