Senior Advisor, Al Governance e Information & Data Law

Alberto Stazzone is a Senior Advisor specializing in AI governance and in the design of legal, organizational, and decision-making frameworks necessary for the implementation of artificial intelligence in complex, multi-jurisdictional contexts.

Trained as a comparatist, he gained experience in corporate and commercial law at the law firm Musy Bianco Associati, complemented by a quantitative specialization in data analysis at Collegio Carlo Alberto. He subsequently worked in insurance and banking environments, collaborating with executive functions and data science teams.

The integration of legal and quantitative expertise enables him to translate regulatory requirements into governance models focused on risk management and coordination among European, sector-specific, and extra-EU regulations. His work is further complemented by a specialization in technology contracting and data and information law, addressing the structuring of relationships with technology providers, the regulation of information flows, and the drafting of innovative contractual clauses to support complex deployment processes.
