Manuela Ronchi is one of the most authoritative figures in Italian strategic communication. For over 30 years, she has led Action, a benchmark in the national landscape with an ecosystem that brings together numerous professionals and a strong focus on the research and development of innovative languages and new formats.

She introduced the concept of unconventional marketing in Italy, placing authenticity in human relationships, truth, and audience experience at the center. She was among the first to recognize the potential of podcasting, founding in 2019 the audio factory that has since become Dr Podcast, now part of Publieurope Ltd.

Since 2020, she has been Head of Communication at Hyperloop Italia. In 2024, together with philosopher Luciano Floridi, she co-created the format “Orbits – Dialogues with Intelligence”, a multidisciplinary initiative designed to help companies, young people, and citizens interpret the digital transformations shaping our era. The project stems from the urgency of making complex topics—such as artificial intelligence, digital ethics, and the impact of new languages on how we build relationships, knowledge, and the future—accessible and understandable.

A visionary entrepreneur, she leads the Benefit Consortium “Value in Action”, promoter of CSR projects including “Champions for Change” (endorsed by the UN SDG Action Campaign), Gente di Bici, and True Love with the Vero Volley consortium. She manages communication projects for prominent national and international figures, including Luciano Floridi, Mariarosaria Taddeo, Raffaele Gaito, and many others.

In 2019 and 2023, she was named by Forbes among the 100 most influential Italian women. She is the author of bestselling books and the creator of the successful podcast series Alla Manu – Storie di Comunicazione.
