Lawyer and Data Protection Officer, she specialises in the adoption and compliance of artificial intelligence systems for public entities, professionals and businesses. She carries out extensive advisory work in personal data protection and AI governance, with an approach that integrates regulatory compliance, strategic vision and operational effectiveness.

She holds DPO appointments for several public entities, companies and professional orders, with specific expertise in personal data protection within local public bodies, data breach management, DPIA drafting and the adaptation of administrative processes to GDPR requirements. She has gained direct experience in the complexities of data processing in public administration, including the intersections between data protection, administrative transparency and service digitalisation.
She supports Public Administrations and private companies in the selection, implementation and compliance of artificial intelligence systems, with reference to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act) and the GDPR: from risk classification to FRIA, from internal policy drafting to AI supply chain assessment.

She serves as AI Strategist at Maggioli Editore, where she focuses on AI product strategy, chatbot and AI system development, and internal AI adoption. She co-founded the Giuristi AI project, a community and advanced training programme exclusively for legal professionals, focused on the informed and compliant adoption of artificial intelligence in legal practice.

She has developed several structured methodologies and frameworks for building effective instructions (prompts) for generative AI systems in legal and administrative contexts, taught in accredited courses and adopted by thousands of professionals.
