Her scientific and professional activity focuses on the enhancement and development of digital tools supporting judicial processes, with particular attention to their coherent and effective integration within procedural dynamics, both from a theoretical-systematic and practical-operational perspective.
She has gained extensive professional experience at leading Italian law firms active in civil litigation, providing assistance before Italian courts at all levels and instances in matters of digital technology law, civil liability, contractual disputes, and legal risk management related to the use of digital solutions, online platforms, and innovative services.
She regularly advises international leaders in the digital products and services sector—including software solution providers and tech-driven companies—demonstrating expertise in specialized sector-specific contracts, with a focus on litigation before Italian courts, all forms of arbitration proceedings, as well as alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation and assisted negotiation.
She is a member of the Telematic Process and Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Milan Bar Association.
